After a death everyone is in stressed and often in shock. This is not the best time to have to take on the more worries and responsibilities which go with sorting out someone's estate. Having the support of a legal professional advisor is invaluable. My level of involvement can vary enormously. In some, usually where estates are just a few thousand pounds I just provide background advice or ensure an executor has signed the right papers. At the other extreme I can wind up very complicated substantial financial affairs and set up and administer trusts. We suit our services to your needs.
