The most common circumstance is where someone is leaving their job and their employer is prepared to offer them a sum of money subject to entering a binding deal, commonly called a compromise agreement As a separate service I work with a training company to provide a seamless link between the legal framework and practical management. Training and coaching within the right framework helps managers handle all stages of the employment process including, advertising a job, handling stress, discrimination or misconduct. By analysing your strengths we can suggest a development programme which develops individuals and leads to a higher standard of service from your whole team. My work includes preparing job descriptions, adverts and contracts, dealing with queries about issues such as Data Protection, discrimination policies and procedures, advising on redundancies, or unfair dismissal, claims, settlements and compromise agreements.
