Costs

Brief preliminary telephone advise is given free of charge. Thereafter our fees depend on the type of work we undertake.

Fixed Fee Services

For straightforward wills and enduring powers of attorney we can confirm a fixed fee during the initial telephone call. Where will trusts are involved we will give a fixed range of fees which can be clarified at our first meeting. For some other types of work we may be able to confirm a fixed fee at the initial meeting.

Other services.

We provide details of our charging rate when we first talk to you about your needs. The total cost depends on the work involved but our rates are very competitive. After our initial meeting we will provide a cost estimate and then keep you up to date as the matter progresses. We can organise for you to be billed regularly or when fees reach pre-set levels to help with budgeting.
