About Us
Kirsten,
I grew up in Lincoln and studied law in Nottingham and Guildford. After qualifying as a solicitor, I moved to London and spent 16 years in a City practice.
During my time in the City my clients ranged from large financial institutions to small manufacturers, retailers, from construction companies and service providers to unincorporated associations and senior employees. The work covered all aspects of employment including drafting contracts and policies and every day HR advice. Completing termination settlements including compromise agreements as well as Employment Tribunal and court cases also formed a significant part of my work. Whatever a client’s background or the issue involved I strive to build good long-term relationship with my clients.
After 12 years of commuting I joined my husband’s practice in May 2004 to expand the services provided by Moon & Co to cover all aspects of employment law. I have a wide range of client's both employers and employees mainly in the South East.
Kevin,
I am originally from just over the border in Hastings so I am very much at home here in Kent. After studying law in Nottingham and Guildford and working in London I was keen to return to the South East.
In 1993 I set up my own practice in Charing. Dealing solely with private client work I am always keen to provide a flexible, cost effective and personal service. Many of my clients are elderly and I can take away the fear of dealing with lawyers that they often have. Over the years I have built strong relationships with my clients who have a wide range of personal needs.
